Boogie Woogie is a piano style that was a pre-curser to Rock N’ Roll.  This arrangement gives a nod to traditional boogie woogie by putting some of that bluesy boogie feeling into the pans while also venturing to offer up something that also sounds “new.” All sections have fun melodies to play; it’s a good workout for the band.
