Dr. Aaron Ziegler is the Director of Percussion and Assistant Band Director at Elder High School in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a percussionist and steel pan player Dr. Ziegler has appeared internationally, at the Percussive Arts Society International Conference, International Panorama Competition in Trinidad and Tobago, the Hong Kong School Music Competition in Hong Kong, China, and Mahidol University in Bangkok, Thailand. Additionally, his article "Idiomatic Harmonic Arranging for Double Seconds & Triple Guitars" was published by the National Society of Steel Band Educators in 2018. Dr. Ziegler received his Batchelor's of Music from the University of Toledo, and his Master of Arts, and Doctor of Musical Arts in Percussion Performance and Pedagogy from the University of Iowa. Dr. Ziegler is a proud endorsor of Innovative Percussion sticks and mallets.
