This collection of 6 pieces was written for beginning steelbands and bands looking for something easy to dig into quickly. All of the pieces are 2 - 3+mins long and will require each section of the band to learn 3 - 4 basic phrases to complete the piece. Basic characteristic rhythms and time signatures make the parts simple for younger players. With 2 Calypsos, a Soca, a Reggae, a Cha-Cha, and a Jazz Waltz this should keep your band busy for a while or give you some more options in the early stages with a group.
