"Hero of the Day" is an epic battle between good and evil! The story begins with the "hope" theme and is closely followed by motifs for the "villain" and the "hero" characters. After each theme is developed there is the energetic "battle" scene that brings you to the conclusion of the story. This is where we find out which character becomes victorious. 

Your purchase includes a full score and parts. Sticking and vibraphone pedal markings are included. A few sections of the piece are written with 8va or 8vb markings to consistently keep the notation within the staff. Glockenspiel and vibraphone players should pay close attention to the staccato markings starting in m. 75. These notes are to be dampened immediately after they are played. This piece is in the key of Bb major. Approximate performance time is 3' 30".

Includes: Quarter notes, 8th notes, 16th notes, 8th rests, and 8th note/two 16th note combinations. Top tempo is 128bpm and is two mallets for all players.
