This fun Calypso tune was written for the “Last Day In August”, which is the day music school begins in Denmark. The B section gives way for the drums and percussion to play a Songo groove. The form of this tune is INTRO – (A – B) x 2 – C – INTRO – A – B – CODA. The bass is scored one octave higher than it sounds, since I find it unnecessary for people to read all the notes below the system. Note the mp3 sample is a midi sound file. Enjoy this fun tune!
