"Memories" is a full band piece that takes the listener on an energetic journey! While primarily in a soca style each section is diverse and will build intensity as the piece develops to a solo section. The solo section is a great way to introduce students to improvisation as it is set in the c minor mode. This piece represents the many different emotions our memories can have on us. Good or bad it is best to look back on these memories and learn from them, even as they begin to fade away.

Your purchase includes a full score, all individual parts including drumset and percussion parts, as well as a drum set/conga notation key with suggested simplified patterns if needed. There is also an option for the drumset player to use a written out part or an abbreviated notation part. 

All parts can be substituted to fit your instrumentation. Cello parts will work for guitar, quad, and other low pans. Feel free to add extra engine room percussion, but make sure to follow all markings of written parts. Bass octaves can be added or altered when needed.
