"Mourning Glory" is a minor key calypso that begins highlighting the beautiful sounds of the steel drums with a pensive intro without any engine room accompaniment.  Immediately following, the engine room drives the calypso as the melody moves between the tenor and the middle voices of the steel orchestra.  This song also features a written out solo for the tenor and the double tenor sections. Mourning Glory runs just under four and a half minutes.

Difficulty: Medium (great for high school and college steel bands)
