Sample Mp3

This piece has been dubbed "smooth calypso" by some, but is a great addition for any performance repertoire.  With section solos and a large dynamic range this laid back piece would be great for fine tuning musicianship of experienced students and provides a welcoming challenge for younger intermediate students.

This chart comes complete with a sample mp3 recording which was performed by Positive Vibrations Youth Steel Orchestra with students ranging in age from 9 - 18. All of these students have been performing for at least 3 years and learned this piece in about 2 or 3, two hour rehearsals.

Difficulty: Medium (great for junior high, high school, & college steel bands)
