"Happy" Williams puts together a tuneful composition of that title which adequately summarizes the aspirations and frustrations of the pan players and their supporters. It is a fine marriage of lyrics and music. In fact of all the tunes I have compiled over the years I consider this year's crop to be the most challenging musically and the most original lyrically.
