Jonathan M. Kelsey is the Director of Bands at East Muskingum Schools (John Glenn HS) in New Concord, OH.  He is the founder and director of PanJGea!, the John Glenn High School Steel Drum Band.  Jonathan is a graduate of The University of Akron with a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education (2000) and a Master’s degree in Theatre Arts (2008).  Jonathan began his pan and arranging experience with the Dover High School Steel Band (1991) with the guidance of Ms. Joan Wenzel.
