"To the Past" is an original soca style piece written to tribute to the forefathers of the steel pan. This piece has a simple form that consists of an A and B section with an optional key change section at the end. A solo section is written over the form of the piece, but can easily be performed without it.

Your purchase includes a full score, all parts including drumset and percussion parts, chords written in the tenor part/score, a drum set/conga key with suggested simplified patterns, and an optional abbreviated notation drum set part in addition to a written out part. All parts can be substituted to fit your instrumentation. Cello parts will work for guitar, quad, and other low pans. Feel free to add extra engine room percussion, but make sure to follow all markings of written parts.
